Attorney Nicole Daller

image (2)Nicole Daller has been with the firm since 2010 and was promoted to partner in 2018. During her tenure, she has assisted in securities arbitration proceedings and civil trials in addition to arguing before Pennsylvania’s appellate courts. She regularly handles the firm’s unemployment compensation matters and general arbitration cases, and she has successfully argued before the Civil Service Commission. She also routinely provides contract review services including non-competition agreements, severance packages and general employment contracts.

During her employment with The Law Office of Vicki Kuftic Horne, Nicole has gained experience in the following legal categories: employment discrimination, securities fraud, personal injury, breach of contract, consumer protection, fraud & misrepresentation, defamation, whistleblower and wrongful discharge.
